Drayton House is an extension to the existing Beresford Hall residential aged care facility offering five star residential aged care and services in Bellevue Hill, Sydney. Situated in Cranbook Road, on the opposite side of the road to Beresford Hall, Drayton House is newly constructed and set in the prime harbourside location at the foreshore of Rose Bay.
Drayton House is a 60 bed facility offering the full range of care from permanent, respite and secure dementia care. The secure dementia wing has access to a sensory garden and offers memory support programmes to improve quality of life to loved ones suffering from memory loss.
Drayton House offers spacious single and couple rooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms and their own terraces or balconies. Residents have access to the facilities of Beresford Hall including hydrotherapy pool, cinema, gymnasium, hairdressing salon, day spa, café, residents library and wine cellar. We have a Leisure and Lifestyle Team and 24 hour nursing care, who work with allied medical providers to cater for the residents at Drayton House and their individual care needs.
Drayton House currently has a limited number of concessional suites for low means or supported residents. Our Admissions Review Committee will consider applications from a resident or their family who are eligible to receive government support towards the cost of their accommodation.
